That is exactly where I come in: with more than 25 years of experience in production, development and leadership, and my background in IT, I connect technology with operational reality. This makes AI understandable, accepted and effective in everyday work.

Whether a vacancy, product ramp-up, restructuring or a project that has stalled: I take on responsibility as Head of Production, Head of Development or Programme Manager – operational from day one, without a long onboarding period.

I know manufacturing, material flow and procurement from an operational and a strategic perspective. This long-standing experience enables me to make bottlenecks visible, make priorities clear and take decisions. The team knows where it stands – and delivers.

Many industrial companies are trying out AI – and little of it reaches day-to-day business. I start where the value is created: in manufacturing, procurement, quality and development. Together we identify use cases that pay off and bring them into operation.

Simplified production planning, automated quality inspection, demand forecasting in procurement, assistance systems for the shop floor: I know the processes and the data they require, and I know which prerequisites first have to be created in the company.
Faster to mature products with AI-supported tools.
Requirements analysis, test automation, code assistance, knowledge management across product generations: development teams gain time for the tasks that need engineers. I lead the rollout so that the way of working changes and not just the tool.

An AI initiative needs three things: an understanding of the process, an understanding of the technology, and leadership that takes the team along. I bring all three and take responsibility for turning the idea into an effect that is measurable in lead time, quality or cost.
Hybrid Project Management and Lean Six Sigma as a Toolkit
Methods: a means, not an end.
Whether interim mandate or AI rollout: success is decided in execution. For this I use proven tools – hybrid project management for development projects and Lean Six Sigma for processes. I adapt both to your product, your team and your level of maturity.
Hybrid project management: traditional where commitment counts – agile where learning counts.
Hardware needs milestones, software needs iterations. I combine both into an approach that synchronises development, production and procurement across team boundaries. Time-to-market goes down, planning reliability goes up.
Lean Six Sigma: making processes measurably better.
Data-based, structured and practical: bottlenecks, sources of error and waste become visible and are eliminated systematically. This methodology is also the foundation of every AI rollout – a process nobody understands cannot be automated.

About Me
I am Eneriko Jurkovic – industrial engineer, interim leader and bridge-builder between production, development and IT.
For more than 25 years I have worked in technology-driven companies – as a project manager, quality manager, head of interdisciplinary development teams and member of management teams. I have led teams in three countries and been responsible for products from idea to series production.
My path has led through every level that AI initiatives in industry need: electronics, software and mechanical development, production and procurement, and IT. In global companies I have led customer-focused programmes along the entire value chain and measurably increased competitiveness.
As an interim manager and consultant I bring this experience into your company – for decisions that get made, teams that move forward again, and AI that shows impact in operations.
