About Me
I am Eneriko Jurkovic – industrial engineer, change facilitator, and interim leader.
For over 25 years, I have supported technology-driven companies through complex challenges—as a project manager, quality manager, head of interdisciplinary development teams, and member of management teams.
My career has taken me from electronics and software development to mechanical design, quality management, and strategic organizational development across various industries. In senior positions—among others as a member of the management team, head of quality management, project manager, and leader of various development teams—I have recently implemented and executed numerous technological and organizational success factors in a global company. I have led interdisciplinary and international teams through change processes, initiated customer-focused programs along the entire value chain, and significantly increased competitiveness.
